Hello my name is Juan-Jose Rebaza. In 2010, I looked back on my career – 15 years in management, marketing and international sales as Logistics manager and Director of Business Development for major US manufacturers. My insight; something wasn’t right! The mad, never-ending pursuit of profit drives managers to fundamentally disconnect from themselves, their company, distributors and daily life! The struggle in the American economy during 2008 put businesses in a very difficult situation. I soon realized the time was right to start ASAP TRADING.
Born and raised in Peru, I moved to San Diego in 1998 where I lived for almost 11 years before returning to my home city, Lima. In 2010, partnering with my brother Enrique, we established ASAP TRADING feeling privileged to allow ourselves the pursuit of our own personal passion – business development. On the other hand, Enrique is an Agronomist with over 20 years of experience developing agro-business in Central and South America and demonstrating passion for agriculture.
ASAP TRADING adopts principles that will help build strong, long-term relationships. Over the years we realized that a brand could be an asset only if factory, Rep. and its local distributors invest together to position the partnership as one. Our team at ASAP TRADING always performs at the highest level possible while practicing total integrity in business and in life. Honesty and hard work has become our personal and business mission.
